The bolt pattern on this mount works for savage mark ii and 93 rifles. The difference between these mounts is the size of the ejection port. Savage mk ii mount - 1-3/8" ejection port. The savage mk ii mount will also fit the savage mk i. Savage 93 mount - 1/-5/8" ejection port. *if your gun is a savage 93, it will have a 1-5/8" ejection port. If your gun is an older production mark ii, it will have a 1-3/8 ejection port. New production mark ii rifles have a 1-5/8" ejection port and require the use of our savage 93 mount.
